helpful staff hardwood floor ample seating

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hardwood floors in my room. It felt very clean. The shampoo and soap provided were also quite nice, and the large atrium had ample seating for lounging. We loved the Executive King room.

amazing stay

ideal location interior atrium valet parking

I found the location superb! access to nearby attractions was so easy. the interior atrium courtyard was lovely. i must say i really appreciated the valet parking service. It was quite awesome for someone like me.

My one concern revolves around room cleaning! it seemed like it was only done every other day. This came as a surprise to me, and i found it less than ideal.

mixed feelings about my stay

noise problem street noise

the location was convenient (i could walk to most places i wanted to see).

The noise was a real issue. I could hear everything from the street to people in other rooms. it was difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.

i had a really hard time with the noise. the room was just not soundproof at all. i could hear everything happening outside, it was street noise mostly. also, the air conditioning was really loud. it made it hard to sleep, i really wished it was quieter.
